Dual-Channel NO₂-NOₓ-NO Analyzer

Direct Optics’ dual-channel analyzer is a a CRDS-based instrument, is dedicated to achieving high-precision measurement.

Patented, self-aligned optical cavities allow this instrument to provide direct and continuous measurement of NO₂, NOₓ and then NO. Two independent measurement channels provide for simultaneous readings and outputs of NO₂ and total NOₓ, resulting in critical and accurate pollution information.

Key Product Features

  • Ranges: 0-1000 ppb

  • Low detection limits: < 40 ppt

  • Flow rate: 500cc/min (+/- 10%)

  • Precision: < 0.1% of reading (RMS)

  • Response time: < 5s to 90%

NO₂ Photolytic Converter

The PhoNO Photolytic Converter by Direct Optics offers accurate measurement of nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) in air monitoring systems. Unlike Heated Metal Converters (HMC), which can overestimate NO₂ levels due to interference from other nitrogen compounds, the PhoNO uses photolytic technology to isolate and quantify NO₂ with high specificity.

It is designed as a direct replacement for traditional molybdenum or stainless steel converters and supports consistent, interference-free NO₂/NOₓ measurement across a wide concentration range.

Key Product Features

  • Interference-free NO₂/NOₓ measurement

  • 96% NO₂ conversion efficiency

  • Compatible with molybdenum/SS converter replacements

  • Wide tested range: 0.5 ppb – 50 ppm

  • Response time under 2 seconds
