Vayu Static Mixers

Utilizing proprietary internals, our static mixers provide a high-efficiency contact for field applications.

These are designed to be operated hands-off with a steady state flow of gas and H2S concentrations. They can treat a wide range of gas flows and H2S concentrations to improve inline direct injection systems. Pumps are required to treat efficiently. Prodigy will provide sizing data for the required treatment.

Vayu - Flooded Towers

Vayu’s Flooded Injection Sweetening Tower (FIST™) is designed to be built on a very small footprint and kept cost-effective.

The refined flooded system is a fully automated process that maintains an H2S outlet specification while using a minimum quantity of scavenging agent. The FIST is compatible with a wide array of scavenging agents. Fresh scavenger is injected on a skid and spent product is removed, preventing downstream fouling and problems.
